COMING SOON - INTEGRATED VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM

Presidential Savings Bank is about to launch its new automated voice-response account inquiry system, enabling customers to check account balances using a regular touch-tone phone and a pre-assigned PIN to receive information via computer-generated voice, without the need to talk to a human.

Please be assured that our humans will continue to respond to customer inquiries, too.
In early January, the voice response system will become an additional menu option to callers who call the bank's main telephone number. Shortly thereafter, additional telephone numbers providing direct access to the system will be announced.

Early in the first quarter of 1996, Presidential plans to offer its customers account inquiry capability through its secure Internet site, using data encryption to protect the security of customer information.

 

Our goal is to progress to secure, fully automated online banking via the Internet, so that no one will need to ever visit a branch, unless they want to.

PRESIDENTIAL OPENS ITS NEWEST BRANCH IN ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND

On November 15, 1995, Presidential Savings Bank opened its newest banking branch at 807-G Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852. The direct branch telephone number is 301-340-7799.

The new branch -- with ATM -- is conveniently located on the west side of Rockville Pike, just south of Wootton Parkway/First Street and central Rockville, between the popular Wintergreen shopping center and Congressional Oldsmobile. It is also between the Twinbrook and Rockville Metro subway stations. As with our other branches, regular hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
